John Quinn believes that true customer service starts with having the right systems in place and the right people working those systems.  With over a 1,000 home sales in John Quinn’s career he has developed very effective home selling systems to produce maximum exposure on properties and shorten the length of time on the market.  Of course these systems require a team of skilled assistants dedicated to getting the job done right.  Very few real estate agents in the country ever fully train their assistants.  John Quinn on the other hand, has hired professional real estate assistant trainers to help him put in place a fully trained staff. They carefully train each assistant to make sure they have the skills necessary to handle your transaction professionally.

Closing Manager

By far one of the most vital jobs the assistants do is to help John Quinn coordinate the closing on your house.  Once John Quinn finds a buyer for your home there are approximately 32 people to coordinate in any transaction.  Approximately 100 phone calls are made just on an average closing.  It is the Closing Managers job to maintain communication with all the parties involved in the sale of your home including Buyers, Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, Appraisers, repair specialists, Home and Termite Inspectors, and report back to John Quinn every step of the way.

With so many people involved in the process selling your home it is nice to know that a trained professional is right there to handle any questions or concerns that you may have.

Marketing Coordinator

The main focus of our marketing is to make the every qualified buyer not only aware of your property, but compelled to call John.  Anybody can just throw ads in the classified, but to do true marketing you must track your results and carefully pinpoint what types of marketing will generate the most activity for each individual listing.  Our marketing strategy includes the Homes For Sale Magazine, direct mail, informational flyers, internet, as well as unique advertising campaigns that are created and designed to create maximum response from the reader. We also make sure to do special projects for our clients with specialized needs such as high end homes and hard to sell properties.

Listing Manager

Listing your home with John Quinn is one of the most important steps you can do to sell your home.  During this time, until he finds a buyer for you, its important that you are kept aware of what is going on with your home.  From taking pictures of your home to arranging showings, the Listing Manager is your best source of information while your home is actively on the market.  The Listing Manager works closely with John Quinn to effectively present your home to the market.   

The amount of activity you get on your home and the feedback from the showing agents is tracked and reported to you on a regular basis. How the buyers are reacting to you property is a very good indicator whether your home is going to sell quickly or if adjustments are going to be needed.  One of the Listing Managers main duties include calling every agent that shows your home and finding out what the buyers felt about the home.  That feedback is reported back to you and John Quinn.  With this information John Quinn can advise you to make any changes so your home can beat the competition. 

The Listing Manager will also help you find repair specialist in the event you want to make changes to your property that you don’t want to do yourself.  The Listing Manager will keep in constant contact with you weekly until a Sold sign is put in your yard.
